FAQs about buying Lefty Guitars

The basic design of our left-handed classical guitars is the same as a right- handed one, except for the orientation of the strings and the placement of the frets. The strings on a left-handed classical guitar are arranged in the opposite order from a right-handed one, with the thickest string on the right instead of the left. Additionally, the fretboard is reversed so that the lower notes are on the right side and the higher notes are on the left side.

When choosing a left-handed classical guitar, it's important to consider factors such as the quality of the instrument, the sound it produces, and the feel of the guitar. Exactly the same as right-handed ones!

While it is possible for a left-handed player to learn on a right-handed classical guitar, it may be more challenging as the player will need to learn to use their right hand for strumming and picking. Additionally, the placement of the frets and the bridge may be less comfortable for a left- handed player.
